This puzzle is based on the Happy Puzzle Company board game The Genius Square.

In this puzzle the player's task is to fit different shapes on to a square grid. There are different shapes, each made up of squares that can fit onto the grid in any orientation. Each time the grid contains a number of "blocked" squares around which the shapes must fit.

The app randomises the position of the blocked squares to generate a different challenge for the player and gives the time taken for a successful completion.

 

There is an option for the player to choose their own blocked squares. This will allow two players to challenge each other complete the same puzzle in the quickest time.
